Dear Congress,
It is clear that the United States has neglected our cities infrastructures. Any law enables us as citizens to protect our water ways and keep the water clean would be supported. I realize that there is a cost involved any time you put environmental controls, but think of it as more of an investment. Investments that are truly “win win” provide jobs, and keep the best interests at heart for all involved. Investments that are sound will reap us future returns for our children.
