1. Help us urge the Obama administration to demand more of a response at the spill site, and ask him to reconsider opening more coastal areas up for these types of catastrophes. Over 10000 people have already sent comments...

2.The Not the Answer campaign has partnered with Skytruth to create an online tool for tracking and reporting oil as it comes ashore. The Gulf Oil Spill Tracker allows people in communities throughout the region to assist in the monitoring and cleanup of this horrible catastrophe.
Simply visit www.surfrider.org/spilltracker to upload pictures of the mess or link to your local news stories.

3. BP has hired PEC Premier to organize training throughout Florida. Check out the number of locations for this weekend and next at http://pecpremier.com/

4. To report oiled wildlife, please call 1-866-557-1401 and leave a message.
To discuss spill related damage, please call 1-800-440-0858.
To report oiled shoreline or request volunteer information, please call 1-866-448-5816.

5. Make sure you check out State of the Spill #4 for a comprehensive summary and sign up for the Oil Email Blast with latest updates since we will not be posting them in these blasts.

Tell Florida Legislators You Want a Special Session
Recent news continues to show Florida State Legislators holding back Governor Crist from calling a Special Session. The goal of the Special Session would vote to put a ballot item on the 2010 elections to add an amendment to the Florida Constitution not allow drilling within Florida state waters.

Take action to tell your House and Senate leadership that you want to see this Session happen sooner than later.
